Due to questions asked about Birchwood, I am giving you the following
information. I purchased this spec home for $232,500 in September 2005. I
paid about $4,500 for crown molding and the pantry, 2 corner cabinets, 2
glass door cabinets; an extra $4,500 for grade B corian countertop.
If I knew
then, what I know now, I would have left everything as is, and made the
changes after all was complete! The total cost would have been less than half!!
In addition, I just finished building another home. I paid about $15,000 for
the land, and $181,000 to build a 1428 sq ft home, WITH corian countertops,
skylights.... the works. I hope this information is helpful to you, I can't
